The genre of my copyright free track, Sad Robot- Pornophonique, is in the 8-bit electronic music genre. Pornophonique released their debut their album in 2007; it had only 8 tracks and it was called 8-bit Lagerfeuer.
They have performed more than 100 concerts in four different countries (Austria, Germany, the Netherlands and Switzerland), although they don’t have any upcoming gigs at the moment. Unfortunately, the band doesn’t have any music videos, but they do have videos of their live performances on YouTube.
Pornophonique is a German electronic duo from Darmstadt, Germany and was formed by Kai Richter and Felix Heuser. They use a C64 and a Gameboy to produce their trademark 8-bit electronica sound. While guitarist and singer Richter also handles the C64, Heuser is responsible for the Gameboy sounds. Both decided that since they weren’t hadn’t heard anything from any record companies, they uploaded it for free onto the internet.
