A2 Transition Music Video - Evaluation

We chose to do our transition video of the S Club 7 hit "Bring It All Back To You", because it has a good beat to cut to and is a catchy and fun song. And we decided not to include lip-syncing, because we wanted the video to be happy and fun and not all about the lyrics.

Our music video relates to a few of Goodwin's ideas, because throughout the video there are close up shots of a few band members. Also the genre is pop which is made clear with the upbeat dancing, this is a typical convention of Goodwin's ideas.

We have learnt how to edit to the beat of the song and how to construct a music video. Also we learnt how to organise and prepare a music video. And we learnt that how to use transtions to connect shots together. Some of the things that I would include to my improve the video, or for my assessed music video would be, to have the band/artist lip-syncing and maybe some more dancing. Also I would include more close up shots of the artist.
